The detached villa is located 300 m from the nearest neighboring house, 3 km from the sea, 10 km from Porto Cervo, 25 km from the Olbia Costa Smeralda International Airport and the Port of Olbia. In the immediate vicinity are numerous beautiful beaches with parking. The house is located in the Pinna area, a district of Cannigione, municipality Arzachena. Arzachena is a small town, 4 km from the house, with numerous supermarkets, department stores and restaurants. In front of the house is a small new private above ground swimming pool and a large concrete barbecue.
The house is situated on a small hill surrounded by a 8,000 m2 plot of Mediterranean vegetation: palm trees, wild olives, cork oaks, oleanders, mastic bushes, rock roses, myrtles, etc. The views of the large valley and the granite mountain chain is particularly enchanting from sunrise to sunset and at night. The property is newly fenced and very well lit. The house has got an alarm system which is connected via mobile phone and an electrically operated main entrance gate. The windows are fitted with hand-made metal grilles and fly screens.
The house is divided into ground floor and first floor, with very well preserved, partly new furniture. On the ground floor there are two small independent apartments, each about 50 m2 in size. One apartment is equipped with green and the other with blue furniture. The green apartment has a large bathroom with shower and washing machine, the blue one has a smaller bathroom with shower. Both apartments have a terrace in front of the entrance so you can eat or sit outside. The apartments have a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a sofa bed for two and a bathroom. On the ground floor is also a large games room with private toilet and washing machine, table football, furniture, etc.
A granite staircase leads to the 80 m2 apartment (furnished in hand painted Costa Smeralda style) on the first floor but one can also access from the ground at the back of property (suitable for wheelchairs).
The apartment consists of separate day and night areas. Between both there is a sliding door made of hand-painted glass. In the night area there is a double bedroom, a very large bathroom with bath, shower and a new 9 kg washing machine. The entrance hall is equipped with custom furniture. The living room has a large kitchenette, a dining and lounge area, another toilet with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with blue furniture. On the 1st floor there is also a 50 m2 large terrace, with the following entrances: granite staircase, main entrance door to the apartment and back lot.
Behind the house is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, covered parking for two cars, two equipment storage sheds and a newly planted small orchard with orange and lemon and fig trees. Next to the main entrance gate is a second car park, which is covered with bamboo canes.
The drinking water comes via its own deep private well (140 m deep). However, there is a separate connection to a water consortium for the irrigation of the land, the pool and washing. Electrical power current: 6.5 KW. All three apartments have gas central heating.
